Aplinx Survey Planner

Short Description

Survey Planner has been created so that, as an admin user, you may create and edit Internet based surveys and questionnaires, then collect and analyse respondent's data and in due course, integrate elements of this data into your existing website and Internet strategy.

Understanding Portals and Surveys

Portals are listed in the manager in order of their creation date - the most recent appearing at the bottom of the screen.

What is a portal?

A Portal is a group of surveys.

For example, as shown above, you might have one survey portal for your main website, and another for a sub-site.

When creating a new Portal, please ensure that you assign it an easily identifiable name. The name given will appear in this table.

Also on this screen you may Add, Edit, Edit Properties, or Delete an existing Portal.

Please note that if you delete an existing Portal, any surveys and corresponding saved data contained within that portal will also be removed from the database.

What is a survey?

A Survey is one or more questions presented to user/s with the prime intention being to solicit a response from the user.
