Aplinx Survey Planner

Short Description

Survey Planner has been created so that, as an admin user, you may create and edit Internet based surveys and questionnaires, then collect and analyse respondent's data and in due course, integrate elements of this data into your existing website and Internet strategy.

Editing Portals

Clicking on the EDIT PORTAL button next to a Portal's name will load a screen similar to that shown below. This is the Survey Manager. Here you will be shown a list of Surveys that have been created within this Portal.

Each survey will be shown with their Name, URL and a short description. Key features available to you as the admin user in the EDIT PORTALS screen are the ability to ADD SURVEYs and EDIT existing surveys. Things to keep in mind include:

  • All existing surveys with responses may have this data exported in a .CVS (comma separated value) file.
  • Live surveys - that are visible and may be completed by a user - will be shown on this screen with active URL links.
  • Surveys that are not Live are also shown with a URL, but the URL may not be clicked on.
  • Non-active Surveys may be edited, deleted or made live, however, in order to edit or delete a Live Survey, you must first take the survey Offline.
