Using the ToolbarShort DescriptionWhen a user is logged in all the buttons listed here are available across the top of the screen. Your Toolbar will look similar to the one shown below. If you are in a certain section of the Aplinx application, the button for that section will fade to grey. NetagiClicking on the Netagi logo will take you to the Netagi website. Content, Tools and Permissions Buttons
These buttons are essential for navigating the Aplinx program and modifying your website. They are further explained in Content, Applications and Permissions. Site
The site tree provides a list of all pages and sub pages that are in your Aplinx account. The layout of Site is similar to Page Manager. Clicking on the 'Site' button will load this in the form of a menu on the left hand side of your window. Pages that have been disabled on the menu will be visible both here and in the Page Manager. Refresh
This button can be used instead of the browser's own refresh or reload button to prevent reposting information. Edit
In Edit mode you can see and edit sections and objects. To edit the content of a section or object.
Preview
The Preview button shows the site as the public would see it, apart from the blue toolbar. Use this button after modifications have been made to a page to evaluate the changes. Manager Button
This is the purple button on right hand side. The Manager Button will be displayed as the most recent action used. Ie. If you have just created a Poll the manager button will display 'Polls', however if your next task is to edit an image, when you select images from the Content menu the manager button will change to 'Images'. In the image above, the most recent action was therefore posting feedback. FeedbackClicking on the text 'Feedback' button on the top row, will load a page similar to the one below. Filling in the form and selecting the 'SAVE' button will send this information to Netagi. This form is for feedback and suggestions only. LogoutLogging out ends your session and prevents others from accessing the system while you are away from your computer. | ||||||||||||||
